The Minturn Hotel is a Non Smoking facility. We cannot accept pets, sorry!

Cancellation Policy

• Regular Season: 72 hours
• Holiday Season: 30 days
• January and High Season: 14 days

Deposits

• 50% deposit due at time of booking with a minimum deposit of 1 night.
• Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival.
• Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival for holidays.

Check In & Check Out

• Check in between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
• Check out time is 10:30 am.
• Please call to make arrangements for late check in or late check-out 970-331-5461
